Prevent user from clicking next if never entered regex #13

I was able to just keep on clicking next without entering regexes. And this
caused 3 alert boxes to popup after the threadURL stage.

What if a website does not have a certain type of information (i.e. number of 
views
per thread)? I think the user should be able to click next without entering 
text for
certain non-critical regular expressions.

well, make sure in that case you insert "//" into the database.
