The Hive copyright comment #147

@toland can you clarify in how far The Hive copyright comment is necessary in every source file? It creates a ton of line noise to be honest. Maybe we can move it to a separate COPYRIGHT.md or similar?

That is fine. The Hive is no longer an ongoing entity, so I don't think anyone is going to complain.
