upgrade and misc fixes for #48 #49

include lower/upper bound of commitlogs
change ascii histograms to use bars that look right in almost all fonts
rename tests so included mvn test and default for -da
fix issues with secondary indexes and system.batches
upgrade to 3.7 and make changes for dealing with api changes
