I have a hackintosh with z97 board, and 1150 audio.

It works perfect with your audio scripts. but yesterday, it suddenly don't work, no audio device.

I've updated all kexts to the newest version, also the clover. and here is the strange things come.

If I rerun the audio_cloverALC-130_v0.4.command and manually rebuild the kernel cache in single user mode, the audio works. then after reboot, audio is gone.

But I can see the audio controller in IORegistryExplorer as follows:

2018-03-09 11 03 19 2018-03-09 11 03 33

what's happening with my audio?

cloverALC rebuilds kext cache each time it runs. Why do you manually rebuild kext cache in single user mode after it was updated?

never mind of this, I've tired of every update of macos for audio driver.

So I bought Sound BlasterX G5 for my home computer, and another cheap usb dac for my office computer, both work perfectly. so from now on, I won't have any sound issue.

ha, I think this is another way of getting sound of a hackintosh.
