Hi :)

I'm just after making the switch to yosemite. Previously for this Audio device I would have used this tutorial. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/275228-how-to-getting-via-vt1828s-working/

but that is now really old and does not work on yosemite

Is it possible to add it here ?

Codec: VIA VT1828S CodecID: 285 623 361

I'm a bit confused by the instructions.

If you need me to do anything like get info from the device i can as i have one

I booted up DCPI Manager to reveal this Audio Device Sub Device Codec ID Revision 0x80863B56, 0x10438375, 0x11060441, 0x0100, VIA VT2020

Apologies, no support for VIA codecs.
