Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Cycles page to interact any cycles related command easily

Describe the solution you'd like

It should mirror the available commands

View cycles balance
Convert ICP to cycles
Transfer cycles to some other Principal
Top up a canister with cycles
- For this it would be nice too to autopopulate a list of canisters with the ones visible in the dfx gui app. the user should also be able to enter any canister ID
