Feature Request: Define Key Constrains via Magic commentw #124

Hi we would love to see a possible implementation of magic comments to be used with tolgee sync to also sync some additional settings to the tolgee instance like max chars.

A good alternative may be to add this to tolgee-js to be able to verify the defaultValue and to catch those variables within tolgee-cli.
