enable squuid PKs #1

current DB sequence based PKs are ok.

but.. have a squuid generator to be used by various data stores

to later allow for data partitioning across multiple data store instances

this is done on transactions think about whether it makes sense to do it for facts since uniqueness there is "key and hash": and not an "id"
