Add Brid.gy #14

@fhemberger Thanks for this contribution. However, we're currently not 100% sure whether brid.gy really is a case of data processing in the sense of the GDPR (and thus, whether a DPA in that sense is necessary), as data processing is external and the data flow is strictly directed towards the data controller. We'll evaluate this more to get to a conclusion.

Hi, did you come to a conclusion regarding bridgy? Otherwise I'd just close this PR, if it's not relevant.
