PGSync Do not clear transaction logs, For AWS RDS Postgres

Postgres version: 12.7

Elasticsearch version: AWS Opensearch Version 1.0

Redis version: 5.0.7

Python version: 3.8.10

Problem Description: I am testing PGSync locally in daemon mode, and found that the transaction log are not being cleared, due which the size of My RDS is increasing and free space is being reducing

• You can modify this for your needs
• The default is 180.0 secs
