DELTA_2_MAX: switch 12VDC #173

Could you please include the switch "DC (12V)" for DELTA_2_MAX?

From diagnostic dump it seems to be similar to delta_2: mppt.carState / pd.carState -> {"moduleType": 5, "operateType": "mpptCar", "params": {"enabled": "VALUE"}}
