Missing license information #12

Hi Tom, this is a nice approach for a global navigation in modern sites, especially OnPrem. But unfortunatly there is no license information in this project or repository. Is it allowed to reuse and modify (mainly CSS, as you mentioned in your blog) your code for my own projects? Could you add license information to your repository?
