CI update. Add version os OV50 #37

This updates travis and appveyor files (petri's improvements) and adds ov50 to the filename.

I've installed and run it.

Improved, rebase squashed the changes and tested again.

I am going to withdraw this, because there are other improvements to Cmake needed to align with the way Sean and Petri have devised. Once done I will make another PR.
