changes in calculate true wind #45

Hi Thomas, I changed CalculateTrue wind. TWS and TWA are now also being calculated without heading. For TWD still the heading is used. Only if there is no TWD available, the (less accurate) COG is used. I tested it thoroughly with my stream and that worked all fine. Please have a look at the changes. Kindest regards.

Petri, do you think this should be added or not? I think Hakan made some similar changes to dashboard, but I should probably confirm that.

If I know this was the right thing to do, I would accept a PR. BTW I have some other things that need to be done with Tactics in the next few days, So let me ask Hakan about your PR. first. And I should try to get the preferences fixed for Tactics for armhf builds.
