Update docs with some Apple Silicon notes #354

Apple Silicon users should use the macos release. It is built for x64 but runs under Rosetta with decent performance. I will start to provide native Apple Silicon builds at some point.

If you want to build a native Apple Silicon build yourself, you can - please follow the build instructions.
