Challenger Bad track format error #66

Noticed on some Challenger disk images I made.

It's not 100% reliable. Individual files can often be loaded.

ROM bug? From discussion elsewhere about a similar phenomenon:

traced it to the incoming ROM failing to initialise its workspace: Challenger has used different workspace layouts over time but kept the sentinel bytes in the same place
