Should fold Ghouls Party into the main release.

There's currently 2 zip files. Might as well make it 1. A question of poking at the ci_zip Makefile target and then fixing up the AppVeyor config.

Add instructions to the README.

127 needs doing, really. It'd be fine to say that Ghouls Party is supplied as-is, with significant self-assembly required if you want other level sets - but the score merger would be useful for creating cumulative score files anyway, even if everybody always plays the same set of levels.

Even if I never get round to fixing #126, it'd be good to include our best times in the README so that people have scores to beat.
