What steps will reproduce the feature?

./gvoice
Email address: account@some.ema.il
Password:
Outgoing number: some_number_in_USA|+country_code__some_number
Forwarding number [optional]: account@some.ema.il
Phone type [1-Home, 2-Mobile, 3-Work, 7-Gizmo]:9 (Check sourse google voice 
gtalk setup page)
Calling...
gvoice> cc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Python 2.7.1, pygooglevoice version 0.5, linux

Please provide any additional information below.

Please check google talk forward call functionality and then add some info to 
project.
