How to connect monitor & cpu to computer or how to use it? Please help #10

Place the GPU next to the botton left monitor block, and connect it like any other cc peripheral. The GPU must be next to the bottom left monitor block. The monitor block has arrows pointing away from the bottom left corner.

im stupid idiot, how i can run programs on gpu?
