The modpack I am using is Better MC Fabric BMC2. Whenever the magnifying glass is clicked on, the interface goes at 1 frame per second.

JEI does not have a magnifiying glass, are you using EMI? EMI craftables mode (magnifiying glass button) does have severe frame drop issues with a lot of items.

It more so happens whenever it is enabled in the first place
