Some items not being reported correctly

The wireless terminal reports as having 2 of them in the crafting terminal, but when I click it into my inventory it only gives me one. This is not a duplication glitch it's only visual.

I also only have 182 emeralds but it's showing as 300

Edit: It's now showing it as 364 even though it's still 182
