Updated the readme. #1

I took the freedom to update the readme file and suggest some instructions on how somebody can build the plugin and contribute back.

Please take a look and let me know if this is ok. Thanks again for taking the initiative!

I finally managed to get it up and running. There were a couple of minor typos, now this works! :nail_care:
