fix broken airblast #22

Problems:

[ ] the fact that things only explode when they impact with very high velocity feels arbitrary
[ ] push force gets crazy high when things are too close to the player
[ ] things that are pushed away at an angle usually completely disappear from the map because they're so fast
[ ] generally feels pretty strong compared to the fireblast

Suggestion (to be discussed): Replace with damage per impact speed instead and make the impact a lot weaker

[ ] make sure that if this blasts something offscreen it dies, otherwise we get problems with farmers
