Next button for first step in optionsflow

Proposed change

The first step in the Optionsflow currently shows a "Submit" button which is confusing since there is a next step. I sometimes forget and can't find where the sensors config is because it looks like there is no more pages (and I don't read the 1/2 part of the title... ).

Hmm, not sure why CI is failing, does not seem related to the change I did.

Oh, didnt knew they added "Next" option, thanks. No idea whats wrong with flake, but its nothing you did for sure.

Issue with tests were changes in flake8 itself and how it parses github config. All good now.
