Change Tx power in HA[Feature] #293

Just brainstorming a bit here. It would be great to being able to change the Tx power of the wireless interfaces. I'm thinking of lowering the Tx power at night when we are asleep to minimize radiation. With a feature like this i could automate it and change Tx power according to whats happening in the house. Im using capsman what makes things a little more complicated to integrate is think.

Well just a thought. Could be nice to have.

Not sure, can you give me more detailed technical info for it? There is already capsman support, so should not be that much of a complication I think.
