[Question]Problem with connect to MT #330

I have a problem connecting to the MT router. MT - model - hAP ac MT - version - 6.49.10

I added the user and group, when connecting I got an error: unable to connect to mikrotik.

I have disabled all DROP on the firewall, what else can I check?

Do you have API service enabled? https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/Services
