Remove autogen files #54

Basically, if a file is auto-generated, remove it from the repo.

This fixes the weird fact that the repo was tracking files explicitly ignored by .gitignore.

I hereby own all blame for breaking existing building/packaging scripts. :-)

Protip: At the top of your broken script, please run ./autogen.sh before doing anything.
