Publish Extension to OpenVSX #34

Problem

Extension is not published on OpenVSX so it can only be used with non-OSS VS Code

Solution

Publish extension to MS Extension store and OpenVSX (https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/wiki/Publishing-Extensions)
