On the main library page, when the windows becomes very narrow to the point where the all of the top level menus disappear, the "Library Menu" get changed to the "Main Site Menu". This should remain the Library Menu, even in the most narrowest of displays. This is the problem that Mila described as not working on her iPhone.

Please change the Library Menus to the following. Whereas, each section would expand / collapse based upon which page the menu is on. Keep the ordering of the sections constant, even if a particular section is expanded.

The website is responsive. When it hits a certain breakpoint, the nav menus including the department/section hamburger menu collapses into the singular mobile menu that contains all menus. This is how all modern responsive websites work. This functionality will not be changing.

This is the problem that Mila described as not working on her iPhone.

As a result of integrating other divisions and departments into the core website, we have identified several navigation deficiencies. We need to look at the navigation in a holistic manner and come up with a solution that works for all divisions and departments, on desktop and mobile, and offer a solid and consistent user experience that is approved by Bruce.

We are investigating solutions.

The department/section hamburger menus are automatically generated/populated by pages within that section. Menu items that link to external websites will not appear in the menu.
