Library - Services - Workshop #36

Content is old. Need to provide updated content. Will likely want to simplify the page. Since we now have a Science Informationist info, we will likely be getting rid of "About the Staff" tab. Also the different tab sections do not make that much sense to me, so we might just have a single nice clean page. Waiting for updated list of workshops offerings right now.
