Random DEVELOPER_ERROR on different devices #148

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. call queryInventory( true, array, null ) return error 5 ( developer error )

EXPECTED OUTPUT:
The Inventory filled with the passed sku details only

ACTUAL OUTPUT:
error: 5 developer error

AFFECTED ORDER IDS (IF RELEVANT):

OS VERSION:
able to reproduce on android 4.2.2, both htc one and sgs4 ( it works on nexus 4 
with 4.3 and market 4.3.11 )

MARKET/MYAPPS VERSION:  4.3.11

DEVICE: Htc one and SGS4

OUTPUT FROM ADB BUGREPORT ATTACHED:
(Note: The output from "adb bugreport" is required for all bug reports.)

NOTES:

I noticed that commenting this line 
https://code.google.com/p/marketbilling/source/browse/v3/src/com/example/android
/trivialdrivesample/util/IabHelper.java#900 it works.
