Needs a refresh button/option #57

If I install a program while Droid Wall is still in memory, it won't show the 
new program in the list.  In White List mode, the new program will be blocked.  
I have to use a task killer to close Droid Wall, then open it again, which 
refreshes the app list.  

This would be fixed with a refresh button or menu option.

The new version (not yet released) has already fixed this ;). You can check the 
change-log for the upcoming changes.
