I've modified my ownCloud to send the Bitrate and mimetype, i'm also going to make a pull request with ownCloud to hopefully make that standard.
For anyone else the resolver will check if the data is available.
I've also changed the way it gets the URL stream, the original way wasn't working on my Windows 10 laptop for some reason.
