[gmusic] Register collection before pulling data... #93

This one probably needs some tweaking in tomahawk-desktop first. The change causes the script collection to show up before tracks have been pulled from the user's gmusic locker. The idea behind it is to immediately show to the user that the gmusic collection is loading. Though it currently will only show up as an empty collection.

Needs some sort of loading spinner in tomahawk-desktop to show to the user that the collection is initializing and will be ready in a few seconds.

No, in fact you use the API exactly like I designed it.. :+1:

I'm only slightly unsure if Tomahawk might assert if you try to remove a collection that hasn't been registered...
