Update Build Instructions #679

The project web-site is down, to make the acess to build instructions easier (or, in that case, possible). I changed the links from the topic "Detailed Build Intructions" to GitHub Wiki. OpenSUSE build instructions still unavaliable (unnactivate this link, if possible)

Feel free to send another PR removing the openSUSE link and I'll merge as well
