New SmartThings app unsupported #8

The new Smartthings app doesn’t work with the device handler in this repository. If a new branch could be created with a fix that would be much appreciated.

FYI, it appears the official "SmartSense Open/Closed Sensor" now supports at least the "MCT-340 E" and works properly with the new app.

Altoidbox, are you saying that you were able to get this bosch motion sensor working as the smartsense open closed sensor? I was not able to get that to resolve. I get temp and battery status but not motion sensor feedback. Just shows the cloud with the slash through it to signify no input from that sensor

I have the Visonic MCT-340 E (not sure if that's the same as the Bosch one you're referring to). But, yes. I changed the device type manually via the SmartThings website and now I can open the device in the app showing temperature, battery, and contact state (open/closed). The icon on the device in the app shows the correct contact state as well.
