Here's the Slic3r support. Please look it over carefully. I've tested against the dry run printer for both Cura and Slic3r and it's working well. I tried to copy your formatting style but if you want any changes I'll be happy to make them.

Once this is working OK then I want to try Simplify3D. I don't have it but I am sure I can get some samples.
