TIMELINE. Concatenating the month and hour so that it looks like "month/year" as the bottomBandUnit in timeline

I am using the "timeline" view and its an excellent one.

I got strucked in one of the issue like,

I want to concatenate the month and year as "month / year" as
bottomBandUnit. (Ex: 12/07 )

And also,

I want to concatenate the date and time as "date - time" as topBandUnit
(Ex: 1/1/07 - 2pm)

Can anybody help me out in this issue?

Sorry its not "hour" in

 "Concatenating the month and hour so that it looks like "month/year" as
the bottomBandUnit in timeline"

Its "Year"
