New touch-pos property #896

When that's available we could stop listening to mouse input as soon as anything clickable is visible.

Flinging the menu could also be restricted to touch input only (or is anyone doing that with the mouse?)

i am since i can only use a mouse (you know being disabled and such) please don't remove it or still keep that as an option your script have made mpv the most user friendly media player for me lol
