Add PV energy sensor #31

There is an integration sensor for electric energy, but not for the PV energy. So figured it would be good to add one.

@mattjgalloway I'm guessing you have a Mixergy PV Diverter unit? If so, would you fancy have a go at #32 and #33 ? Mixergy don't seem have to updated their API documentation, so I have no way of working out the API calls.

@tomasmcguinness I do! Sure thing - I'll take a look at those. Happy to help out this awesome integration :).

By the way - I emailed Mixergy tech to ask them if they have any ambitions to support publishing sensor data over MQTT. The minute based numbers for solar diverter make all my numbers in HA a bit messy. They said they have thought about it, but haven't got any bandwidth right now to support that, which is totally fair of course! Not sure if you've also been asking about things like this with their tech support team?
