Group or user id gets unresolved sometimes. #16

Torque sometimes does not resolve user id to a name. This causes a problem because we have than more users in DB for one real user. We should have 'maintenance' function that would unify jobs with only numerical user ids. We should also mention this problem in documentation.

Already fixed with command line parameter --mergeusers and/or --mergegroups.
