kde plasma restart after change wifi connection #232

Hi everyone,

I'm having a weird problem. Every time I disconnect from a wifi network and try to connect to another network kde plasma restart and both the wired and wifi connection stop to work. Doing systemctl restart NetworkManager.service I can manage to recover the wired connection but not the wifi. This problem appeared after I updated the system (manjaro with kde plasma 5.21.5) including an upgraded on the kernel from linux-54 to linux-510. After try a couple of things, I came back to the linux-54 kernel where I everything was working normal before but this did not solve the problem.

As I said before, I have tried to a couple of thing, most of them from threads of this repository. I have also remove and reinstall rtl8821ce several times but I still have this problem. I would appreciate any kind of help, advice or comment.

It works on ubuntu 21.04 for the first 2,3 hours and then suddenly stops working. It doesn't work again without a system reboot. Is this supposed to happen on Ubuntu 21.04? @hipocentrum
