Update rtw_br_ext.c #245

Hello, this module is not compatible with linux 5.15. (IPX is not supported by the linux kernel since v5.15)

This is a proof of concept that will make the code compatible with linux 5.15 -- please make (more advanced) modifications as you see fit.

Can say this works for me without issue so far. Not a kernel developer by any means, so not sure exactly what functionality is now missing as a result of this, but i didn't have any problems so far

Thanks for working on this @egnappahz. I have replicated this changes via macro so they are retro-compatible with older kernels.
