SPHINX M-dwarf grid #69

Hi Tomas! I think it might be useful to have the SPHINX spectral grid from Iyer 2023 as an available default (since there are plenty of late M-dwarf companions, and some early M-dwarf hosts)!

Thanks for the suggestion! The SPHINX spectra can now be used with the latest release (v0.7.1): https://github.com/tomasstolker/species/releases/tag/v0.7.1
