Update the best Gerrit Git browser option to Gerrit 3.0.x.

Please try release 3.0.171.0. Currently a pre-release; worked in my manual tests. If it works for you, too I'll promote it to a normal release.

Known issues:

the built-in documentation isn't shown when the link to the plug-in on Gerrit's "plugins" page is clicked. For other plug-ins, the UI actually sends a request to their plugin root, and the server responds with a 302 redirect to the documentation. For the Gitblit plug-in, it just opens Gitblit's root page. No known work-around.
When navigating in the browser back from that Gitblit root page to the "plugins" page in Gerrit, the Gerrit UI doesn't reload. Appears to be a bug in Gerrit.

Both are minor IMO.
