Layout issue #17

Add ability to customize FIX ICONS LAYOUT ON SPRINGBOARD for Portrait orientation value.

It's not there yet but could you check (in recently published version 1.6) if "static" option works for you?

The layout issue is fixed now by dynamic moving !!
