I can't make SIP calls using IE9, account is connected successfully to Asterisk 
11.
please check attached console log.  

>also the same problem from firefox.

You said that you're using webrtc4all version "1_14_834"

) but this is not what your logs say.
From your logs: WebRTC type = 1 version = 1.12.756
Your sipml5 version is also old (February)
