This adds hide & seek mode.

To-DO list:

[x] set up VS project for hideandseek.h
[ ] merge stuff in essential repository ~~- [ ] add instahideandseek and effichideandseek mode as well~~
[x] limit game length to 5 minutes (maybe)?
[ ] have a look at the AI?
