Add racing #58

This PR will implement features for racing mode, which closes #24 Below is the to-do list:

[x] Add entities RACE_START, RACE_FINISH, RACE_CHECKPOINT
[x] Add corresponding network messages
- [x] Increment version
[x] Add race.h server and client code
- [ ] Fix / rewrite N_SPAWNLOC logic
- [ ] Gamemode does not start right now. Why?
[ ] Add necessary files to essential
- [x] Add gamemode definition
- [ ] Add 2-3 racing maps including the new entities (in accordance with metal theme)
