Sweave/Stangle #250

How about including option to Sweave/Stangle? 

1. This requires an R or Rterm access. I'm sure the same server can handle 
running R instances at the same time as LaTeX.
2. This will also require that 'Sweave.sty' is in the path of LaTeX

I find Sweave indispensable for writing dynamic articles.

Even just adding 'Sweave.sty' to the LaTeX path would be of great help! That 
should be a pretty quick fix.
